Sometimes you can work through pain, and sometimes you need to take a break and let the body recuperate. But if you are doing the right thing, such as exercising, as soon as you are able you should begin again. What I was feeling was the pain of healing.Janis Hopperhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14999703600917718806noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8391650275251642216.post-78437642444317402222011-06-24T19:09:14.584-07:002011-06-24T19:09:14.584-07:00I don't understand John's comment about yo...I don't understand John's comment about your extreme pain with the 5k program. I have thought that when you listen to your body, you should stop when something is painful, especially so painful that it feels broken. I thought that meant your body is telling you to rest. Was John telling you that doing the 5k was the right thing, and you should not fear the pain and that it is working the grunge out? Or am I missing something in the communication?

Your time in Cairns sounds like a good beginning. Before long you will know the place like the back of your hand. I forget how far it is from the farm to Cairns and how long it takes to drive it.

Your photos look great.Sheila Witheringtonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17410524324965329321noreply@blogger.com
