Good Vibrations

Yesterday my chiropractor gave me a sutural treatment which took about an hour. This treatment is a cranial adjustment for people that have suffered a trauma to the head. We decided to go this route due to the head trauma I experienced when I fell on the London subway and the possibility the facial spasms are related to that injury.  The treatment involved working on the sutural plates in my head, the muscles in my neck, inside my mouth, and more.

Emotional trauma is stored in the body.  This treatment will help release some of that.  Things will bubble up to be dealt with and released.  I am excited about the possibilities. We finished up the treatment with an EFT session.  My instructions for after the treatment were to only do the things I wanted to do.  I liked that advice!  Doctor's orders.

During the treatment music was playing  that is over 500 Hz.  This music aligns you with the rhythms and tones of the universe.  These healing frequencies help in achieving a sense of balance and sense of well-being.

Everything is about vibration and balance.  Sound and vibration affect us physically, mentally, and spiritually. High vibration music can help in physical healing.  It reduces stress, speeds up healing, helps in creativity, enhances memory, and increases energy.

The universe is made up of energy, frequency and vibration.  Our life situations are related to each of these.  Everything has these three ingredients.  I have heard that we are what we eat, and I have heard that we are what we think, but actually we are what we are vibrating (which includes thinking and eating).

Our bodies are made up of mostly water.  There are videos that show that frequency and vibration have a powerful effect on water.  They will affect our bodies in the same way.

"If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration." - Nikola Tesla

Fresh raw foods vibrate at a higher level than cooked foods or food-like products so choose the highest vibration food available.

Music is vibration. Yesterday I began to research high vibration music so that I can start including more of it in my day. One of the albums that showed up on one of the the lists was Raising Sand by Robert Plant and Allison Kraus. Later in the morning I found this CD at an estate sale for $2.00.  Synchronicity!  Now I am enjoying it in my car. I also bought an album on I Tunes called Healing Music Project, Vol 2 by Steven Halpern.

"Everything is energy and that's all there is to it.  Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality.  It can be no other way.  This is not philosophy.  This is physics." -Albert Einstein

The large music companies control most of the music we hear and they flood the market with music that is of a lower vibration.  We have to choose music from musicians whose music affects us in a positive way because the music we listen to affects our vibration.  Mainstream music lowers the frequency of people everywhere. It is distracting rather than inspiring.  It lowers our frequency.

There are birds in our backyard this morning making some beautiful high vibration music, too.

We had a wonderful trip to California to visit our family there.  I loved spending time with them, and I did it will remaining on an all raw diet.  My DIL, Amy, made it easy for me to do so.

A beautiful flowering shrub in Alameda, California.  These shrubs were included in much of the landscaping.

Happy in the Garden

Yesterday I worked in the garden instead of walking around the neighborhood.  It is a different feeling. It's true that I only got in about 6500 steps by the end of the day instead of over 10,000, but it was a different feeling.  Travis planted some tomatoes and peppers, I cleaned the lower deck and pulled some weeds.  Lucy dug in the dirt and felt so happy.  I felt the same way. Working in the garden makes you feel happy and productive. I was puzzled by a plant growing in the herb garden as a weed.  I started pulling them out but decided to check if they are edible.  Edible weeds, such as dandelion,  can be used in our smoothies.  I put a picture on Facebook to ask for help identifying the weed, and the consensus is that it is plantain.  Some say edible and some say not, but I am inclined to think that it is edible.  My brother, Max, lives up in the mountains, and his neighbor says it is edible and the smallest leaves are best with...

The Lou Corona Story

Yesterday, we went to Magic Springs with our daughter, son-in-law and three grandchildren.  The landscaping there is beautiful this year.  This one little flower didn't let a little concrete stop it.     Lunch today was three bananas which I ate about 1:30.  I'm letting my body rest a little bit after eating too much food the last couple of days.  I did domestic chores today.  But Travis made a trip to the City Compost Facility for another load of compost.  We'll use it on the trees we still have left to plant. We have a volunteer tomato plant coming up in one of the garden beds.  It's doing pretty well, too.  I have it on my to do list to buy some more tomato cages. The arugula I planted is up. The kale Travis planted is up. The new plum tree is planted. Here is a volunteer Poke Salat that came with the blueberry plant.  Travis planted some more blueberries in the blueberry row that lines our driveway. The...

Dr. John Fielder's Visit

My Natural Hygiene teacher and mentor, Dr. John Fielder, included us again on his Worldwide Raw Food Lecture Tour.  He arrived at my house on Monday, May 14.  Tuesday we had a raw foods dinner at the house for a few of the people that helped to organize the events here in Arkansas.   Wednesday, the Hot Springs Village Raw Foods Group met at Gulpha Gorge Picnic Area for a picnic with Dr. Fielder.  Wednesday night he made a presentation here in Hot Springs Village about the Principles of Natural Living.  The following night he spoke at Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church in Little Rock.  There was a good crowd at both events.  Dr. John Fielder Here I am introducing Dr. Fielder at the HSV lecture. At the lecture we served some raw food treats for our guests to sample.  One of the items was a chocolate granola bar.  I cut the squares much smaller for this event because of the number of people we had to serve. Chocolate Granola Bars...
