Authentic Food

The times in my life when I have been successful in staying totally raw for long periods of time have been the times when the foods were prepared quite simply with no flavor enhancements. It seems to me that the more I try to make the raw foods look like or taste like the foods everyone else is eating, the more difficult it is to be consistent. I also find that preparing the raw food recipes in that way leads to much waste of food, as the recipes are not simple, raw and natural nor are they the food everyone else is eating. They are not authentic.
Yesterday, I started the day with lemongrass tea.
Food prep today. I made Dr. Fielder's recipe called Green Lava to eat with my salad at dinner. I made the Green Lava with 1 tomato, several stalks of celery, 3 Tbsp sauerkraut, and about 1/3 of a bunch of parsley blended in the high speed blender. A food processor would work, also.
Made apple juice using 6 apples - juice for two.
I added some chopped up cauliflower and pell pepper to the salsa left over from yesterday.
I ate some almonds about 10:30 which is a little earlier than ideal.
Lunch:
Salsa; Grapefuit; Apple Juice; Almonds
Got a 30 minute sunbath after lunch. Sunbathing is part of the diet!
Dinner: 1/2 of the veggie cocktail leftover from yesterday, salad (spring mix, onions, bell peppers, cauliflower, broccoli); Green Lava; Banana
I am trying to get a sore throat. Healing crisis. That's a good thing.

To Health and Happiness
