Imperfectly Raw Day 14. 9/1/21
Breakfast: Water. Coffee. Lemon Ginger Blast made with a pear from our pear tree instead of an apple and with Qunol Liquid Turmeric.
Sprouts and Microgreens: The broccoli and buckwheat microgreens are growing. Today I started some alfalfa sprouts. They will be ready in six days.
I ordered groceries today from Walmart for curbside pickup tomorrow after work. I am working at JoAnna A Boutique today and tomorrow.
Snack: Nectarine, goodie ball, and a dried prune.
Dinner Salad made with spring mix, slaw mix, ½ yellow bell pepper, ½ onion, a couple of artichoke hearts from a jar, walnuts, and white raisins. The salad was served with ½ avocado, sauerkraut, goat cheese, and my raw seed crackers.
We also had leftover Minestrone Pasta.
Dessert/After Dinner: Raw Coconut Fudge and Kombucha. And PBS Newshour with Travis.
