 Imperfectly Raw Day 18, 9/5/21

We had planned to go to church, but I woke up with a headache so we stayed home.  We are also getting a much needed rain.

Breakfast: Green Smoothie and Coffee


And tended my sprouts and micro greens.


Lunch:  Lemon Ginger Blast and a bag of Planter’s peanuts

Dinner:  Salad with tahini dressing, sauerkraut, and whole grain chips.    I got the dressing recipe from a Raw Reset friend, Holly Kleindienst.  You can find her on Instagram at https://instagram.com/hollykleindienst?utm_medium=copy_link

Recipe for Holly’s Tahini Dressing:

1/4 cup tahini

1 lemon, juice of

1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar 

1 cup chopped celery

2-3 dates, pitted

2 cloves garlic

1-2 Tbsp Italian seasoning (I used Herbs de Provence because I like it so much)

Salt to taste

Add water to 1-1/2 cup line

Blend to smooth.


Dessert: Lara Bar and a kombucha

After dinner:  Camomile and Lavender Tea

I ordered a fitness tracker from Amazon on a Lightening Deal.  $36.61 for a Yamato Smart Watch Fitness Tracker.  I mainly want it to tell time and count my steps, but it will be interesting to see what else it will do.  It has 4+ stars and 9000, so I think it will be good.
