Imperfectly Raw - Day 30, September 30, 2021
My fitness tracker says I slept 8 hrs 47 min! I am so excited about that. Sleep is good for the brain. This article tells us that aging well includes prioritizing sleep.

Breakfast: Coffee and a veggie juice. The veggie juice for two was 4 large tomatoes, 2 tsp minced garlic, fresh basil, a bunch of parsley, a peeled lime, and celery up to the 1000 ml mark on the juice.
Lunch: Smoothies for two: 2 bananas, 2 kiwi, sunflower microgreens, spinach, almond yogurt, frozen mixed fruit, 1/4 cup ground flaxseed, 2 dates, 1 can coconut water, filtered water up to 3/4 of the blender.
Dinner tonight was leftover cauliflower and black bean dish from yesterday.
Travis and I watched the news on PBSNewsHour. Evening tea was strawberry hibiscus.
I want to focus on getting in more steps. Today I had 5408 steps with just my normal routine which included working at the boutique.
xoxo Janis
